這次酒店住宿體驗還可以，畢竟是在博鰲這個已經算不錯了 房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，枕頭不舒服 肩頸不好的可參考 工作人員服務熱情周到，除了中餐廳的一位穿制服工作人員 態度冷漠 沒有耐心 前台juice幫助我辦理的入住，管家Betty每個環節都能及時回覆 周邊交通便利，給個好評鼓勵一下 好在點餐和到博鰲鎮吃飯很方便，如需可參考

首先感謝酒店客服bonnie，提前聯繫後發來指南和酒店大堂定位，因為是自駕過來，到店快晚上8點了，有了定位才找到大堂，房型含了一份夜宵和一張煙花參觀券，夜宵我選的炒飯，大廚特別捨得放🍤！煙花很好看，啤酒暢飲，還有帳篷營地和小舞台，適合情侶、親子。很可惜要趕路衹住一晚，沒有泡上温泉♨️。
設施：畢竟是國際會議會址，裝修很好，保持地也不錯，硬件出乎意料的好，房間很大，甚至有個獨立衣帽間。
衞生：床品很乾凈，符合這個定位。
環境：酒店很大，應有盡有。
服務：服務很好，響應及時，服務人員很有禮貌。
夜宵/簡餐三選一，博鰲世界盛焰|春節煙火晚會觀演門票。下次來海南，一定再來論壇酒店！

窗外幾十米就是亞洲論壇的永久會址，從酒店有專屬通道走過去。房間很大，設施齊全，家人都很滿意。特別表揚下預訂部的Nina，服務很細緻周到👍

基本上每年都去博鰲，也都住論壇大酒店，每次Tammie都把房間安排的很好，包括在博鰲有什麼問題她都很耐心解答，這幾年下來感覺就像沒見面的老朋友了，非常感謝！

酒店和亞洲論壇酒店是一個整體，一前以後，中間有廊道相連接，從酒店大堂穿過去就是論壇會議中心會議室！酒店設施豪華，衞生一流！四面環水，海天相接。酒店Amy管家式一對一服務超到位，在春節如此客滿的情況下能一對一細心服務，這個必須贊一個！在國賓館住了三天，亞洲論壇大酒店這裏計劃是兩晚的，酒店超好又續住了一天！感謝Amy的貼心服務！
